K Bar Ranch House is located approximately 3 miles north of the townsite of St. Martin, which has a population of 250+ people. The towns of Paynesville, Richmond, Albany and Melrose are within 15 miles of the ranch and have numerous restaurants, antique shops, golf courses and bars. Upon request, catering is available from several reputable businesses.
